Momentum 10K

Training starts Monday, August 23rd and ends Saturday, October 30th
Program capacity: 75 participants

FLEET FEET’s Momentum 10K training program keeps you moving towards your training goals and bridges the gap between 5K and half marathon distances. This intermediate 10K Run Program is a step up in mileage and intensity from the beginner No Boundaries 5K program and is geared towards runners who have completed a 5K and want to improve their overall distance and race times. It incorporates four run days, longer endurance runs, hill workouts, cross-training and strength training and higher overall weekly mileage to get you to your goal, Eye Run for Haiti 5K/10K. FLEET FEET and our dedicated coaches will help you every step of the way with coached group workouts.

Program Participants receive:

  • 10 week training schedule with daily workouts
  • Coached group runs on Monday and Thursday evenings with RUN AND RUN/WALK GROUPS ONLY
  • Seminars and clinics on injury and prevention, nutrition, how to dress in the ever-changing St. Louis weather, and cross training
  • Race day support and post-party at the Eye Run for Haiti 5K/10K
  • Discounts at FLEET FEET Sports during the training period
  • A technical training shirt
  • Support and encouragement from a dedicated coaching staff
